of Willard Blodgett, son of Aaron Blodgett and Sarah Lilly. Willard and his siblings
Abram Stocking and Abigail (and their spouses) were the first Blodgetts to settle
in Chatauqua county in the 1820's. Willard's descendants (through his youngest son
William Henry Harrison) make up one of the main branchs of the family.
